    My Philips SmartPro Robot does not switch on

    If your Philips SmartPro Robot does not switch on, this might have a reason. Read along to find out possible solutions.

    Charge the rechargeable battery of your Philips SmartPro Robot. Detailed instructions are in the article 'Charging the SmartPro Active'.

    Make sure the On/Off switch on the side of your Philips SmartPro Robot is set to On (“I”) and the device is connected to the charger or plugged in the docking station. After a few seconds, a charging light will light up on the On/Off button on top of the device, when successfully connected.

    Your Philips SmartPro Robot does not work on the mains power. It only works on its rechargeable battery. Therefore, always disconnect the adaptor from the device and the mains power before use.
