    My Philips SmartPro Active Robot does not clean properly

    If your Philips SmartPro Active Robot does not clean properly, this can have several causes. Discover how to simply solve this yourself in the following lines.

    Soak the brush or brushes of your Philips SmartPro Active Robot in warm water for a while. If this does not restore the bristles to their proper shape, replace the side brushes.

    Clean the filter in the dust container with a cloth or a toothbrush with soft bristles. If brushing does not help to clean the filter of your Philips SmartPro Active Robot, replace the filter with a new one.

    Note:
    We advise you to replace the filter at least once a year.

    If the suction opening in the bottom of the dust container of your Philips SmartPro Active Robot is clogged, please clean it.

    If the front wheel is jammed with hair or other dirt, please clean it.
