Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd (CO. REG. NO. 199705989C) of 622 Lorong 1 Toa Payoh Singapore 319763 (“Promoter”).
2. This promotion is valid from 20 May 2016 to 17 July 2016 for all purchases made in participating Singapore stores carrying Philips products. Please check in-store for more information.
3. Redemption period: 1 June 2016 to 30 July 2016 (limited stocks available) only at Philips Consumer Care. No extension requests will be granted.
4. Redemption is permitted with a minimum spend of $299 and above, evidenced with an original receipt for WMF 12pc Cutlery set or for an additional $50 shopping voucher when a minimum spend of $399 is made.
5. Purchases made at the Philips Consumer Care, Philips Rewards Online Shop and online retailers are not applicable for this promotion.
6. Philips AVENT, Philips SAECO, Audio and Video, TVs, Lighting, Peripherals and Accessories, DECT phones and Monitors are not included in this promotion.
7. All customers must present their original receipt and original NRIC (“Personal Data”) for the redemption. A copy of your Personal Data will be retained by the Promoter for auditing redemption purposes. No photocopied or combined receipts are allowed.
8. This promotion is subject to the laws of Singapore and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). By reading and accepting these terms and conditions in full and by providing your Personal Data at the time of redemption, you consent to Philips collecting, using, disclosing and processing your Personal Data in accordance with the PDPA. 9. Each customer is only allowed ONE redemption, regardless of the number of single receipts he/she may have, whether from the same retailer or different retailers.
10. Gift sets are not exchangeable for any Philips Product or cash.
11. Redemption must be made in person. Alternatively, the customer may designate an authorised representative to redeem the gift set on his/her behalf. However, the authorised representative must be able to present the original receipt and his/her original NRIC together with an authorisation letter. No redemption by mail or courier service will be accepted. No reservation of gift set is allowed.
12. All visuals are for illustration purposes only. Philips reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice and be binding retrospectively.
13. Any dispute shall be determined by Philips in its sole discretion and all decisions made shall be deemed final and conclusive.
14. Once the free gifts have been redeemed or if Philips determines for whatever reason that the customer is not entitled to redeem the gifts, no further liability may be held against Philips, its employees, agents and/or the Philips authorised participating retailers.
