Rated 1 out of 5 by NoMorePhilips from DOES NOT BOIL WATER ! This kettle deserves ZERO STARS. It just wont boil water. This is my second lemon from PHILIPS in a span of 2 months. My Avent Milk Warmer SC356 also did not work. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PHILIPS EVER. Would rather spend extra cash to buy from another brand than claim from warranty. PHILIPS has cost me enough time and money already.

Rated 1 out of 5 by krish from Stay away! in just 4months, Metal piece connected to lid inside fell off, I see a corroded connecting parts on the lid. lucky i have the receipt, have requested for a service, yet to know if this can be replaced or not. Bottom plate seems to be rust already. i've stopped using it now. hope Philips will replace this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LdyLyd from boil water fast I like the wide lid opening which made it really easy to wash the interior. Boils water fast and super hot. I also like the keep warm function which not many kettles have.
