1. Philips Online Store Maintenance

Philips online store will be unavailable from 23 June 2021, 0000 hrs to 5 July 2021, 0900 hrs.

You can continue to browse and find out more about your favourite Philips products on Philips.com, and purchase from either of our official Philips Lazada or Shopee stores.

From 23 June 2021, Philips Household products will no longer be available for purchase on Philips.com. The Philips Official Home Appliances stores on Lazada and Shopee remain open for purchases. 2. Extension of refunds and exchanges

To ensure you continue to enjoy our return policy during the maintenance, all purchases made from 16 June 2021, 0000 hrs to 5 July 0900 hrs, can be returned up till 14 July 2021, 2359 hrs for an exchange or refund. Please contact Philips Consumer Care (Contact Center) regarding your return request within 7 days.
