General guidelines
The Philips Avent teether is designed to be used when your baby is 3 months or older, or when you see the first sign of teething (normally the bottom 2 front teeth coming through).
Besides that, we advise to give a teether when the baby is chewing on the soother as it is especially designed for chewing and the soother is not.
