If your Sonicare AirFloss is not turning on, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.
We recommend you follow the steps in the order listed below. In between steps, check to see if the issue is resolved before moving to the next.
1. Check if the AirFloss is charged.
Press the power button to turn on your AirFloss. Around the power button are three lights. If at least one light turns green, the AirFloss is powered on. If no light turns on, or when the lights flash yellow, you need to charge the AirFloss.
Flashing yellow light: the battery is low and needs to be charged.
One green light: 33% charged.
Two green lights: 66% charged.
Three green lights: 100% charged.
2. Charge the AirFloss.
Charge the AirFloss for at least 24 hours using the original charger that came with your AirFloss. The charge indicator will flash green until the AirFloss is fully charged.
Once the AirFloss is fully charged, you see three solid green lights.
Are you still having issues with your AirFloss?
If none of these tips help, your AirFloss may be damaged internally. We recommend that you request an exchange for your AirFloss in still in warranty.
