    My Philips Screeneo Air Mouse PPA5650 does not work

    1. Please check if the batteries are fully loaded.

    2. Reconnect the USB dongle in any of the USB ports on your Screeneo.

    3. Re-match your Philips Airmouse with the delivered USB dongle:

    4. Connect the Dongle to the USB port on your Screeneo product

    5. Press the red and blue key on the Airmouse for 5-10 seconds

    6. After additional 2-5 seconds, the mouse will be working.

    Note:
    Please do not forget to put our finger on the OK button for using the airmouse function.
