    Water leaks from the water filter, what can be the problem?

    Leakage of the water purifier has several reasons. Here are all possible causes and solutions below. Please check if there is any reason applying to your water purifier.

    Possible causes and solutions:

    * The pipeline or filter cartridge is not installed properly. Please reinstall according to the correct installation method or contact the after-sales service personnel.

    * The filter seal is worn. Please contact the after-sales service personnel for on-site maintenance.

    * The inlet and outlet joint seals are worn or misaligned. Please contact the after-sales service personnel for on-site maintenance.

    * Other parts are damaged. Please contact the after-sales service personnel for on-site maintenance.
