1. Why are not all Philips Domestic Appliances products available?

    We are still in the midst of transition and are listing in more Domestic Appliances online. Please visit our website on the 3rd week of October onwards to see more models available to be ordered.

2. What are the product categories under the Philips Domestic Appliances?

3. Why are there products that shows discontinued? What do they mean?

     We are still updating our products list and some of those models that appear to be discontinued may become available for ordering on the 3rd week of October onwards.

4. How many vouchers can be applied to an order?

    Only one (1) discount voucher code can be applied on a single transaction.

5. How long does it take for my refund to be credited back to my account?

    It takes approximately 15 days for a refund to be completely posted on a consumer's account. The counting starts from the day the product was returned to the warehouse so it is safe to say that the amount will be reflected on the next billing statement.
