This hand-held vacuum cleaner has very strong suction power (compared to the lower voltage models) and is light andd compact enough to handle around corners and between tight spaces.
The on/off switch is ergonometrically located so that the vacuum cleaner can be turned on or off quickly at a flick of the thumb while it is held in the hand.
The vacuum cleaner does feel a bit wobbly when placed onto the charging cradle. Thus, always need to double-check if it is charging properly after lowering it onto the charging cradle.
This product would have been perfect if the battery could last longer between charges.

Bought this mainly for vacuuming my car. Comes with a standing charger for home use too. Functions well whether plugged in or out.

This 12V vacuum was powerful enough for me to even suck up concrete dust (but will quickly clog up its filter). Good suction performance and easy to clean.
The charging cradle design is poor - it frequently misleads me to think I've placed the vacuum in its cradle correctly but usually it is not, and it will not charge until its resting position is correct.
Battery held up to 1 year of usage (3-4 times a week, 2-5 minutes per usage), and now the whole vacuum feels weak, like a 6V or 7.2V vacuum's suction power and runs out of charge quicker.

I've been looking for a handheld and compare with some other products from the market leader but amongst all this gives the best balance of price and power.
In spite of knowing the limited battery condition (appx 15min of working time) but still feeling disappointed when it comes to power down. The only suggestion I think will make the product perfect is for Philip to consider the home power point (wallplug, not car charger) to connect the mini vac for unlimited usage.
