Philips appoints Stephanie Sievers as Managing Director for Philips APAC

SINGAPORE – Royal Philips, a global leader in health technology, today announced Stephanie Sievers as Managing Director, Philips APAC, effective October 1, 2025. Based in Singapore, she will lead the APAC team in supporting healthcare systems expand their capacity and elevate patient care through the adoption of Philips innovations.
“APAC is incredibly diverse, and the opportunity to make a real impact in healthcare has never been greater,” said Stephanie Sievers, Managing Director at Philips APAC. “Delivering better care for more people here means working hand-in-hand with healthcare providers, governments, and partners to tackle their toughest challenges and give time back to care for patients.”
Stephanie brings a solid track record in building strong teams and cultivating trusted, long-term partnerships that advance digital innovation across the healthcare ecosystem. She was previously the Managing Director at Philips Nordics, where she worked closely with healthcare providers to advance innovation and digitalization. Since joining Philips in 2014, she has held several senior leadership roles, including Head of Marketing for Europe and General Manager of Personal Health in Iberia.
Prior to joining Philips, Stephanie held strategic roles in sales, marketing, and business management at global companies such as Reckitt Benckiser and Groupon.
Stephanie holds a diploma in Sports and Economics from the University of Bayreuth and completed the Management and Leadership program from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as the Board Governance program from IMD Business School. She has also been selected among the top 50 women leaders globally for the prestigious Santander W50 leadership program, delivered in partnership with UCLA and Banco Santander.
