Philips launches latest range of coffee machines with “House of Coffee” experience to provide consumers fresher, fuss-free café style experience at home

SINGAPORE – This World Coffee Day, Philips is launching its series of fully automated espresso machines, or FAEM, in Singapore.  This new and exciting series lets coffee lovers enjoy their fresh, fuss-free café style coffee in the comfort of their homes at the touch of a button.  The range includes Philips 2200 Series, Philips 3100 Series, Philips 3200 Series, Philips 5000 Series and the PicoBaristo.

Designed for discerning coffee connoisseurs, the range of fully automated espresso machines introduces professional-grade specialty machines into the comfort of homes. The result is a high-quality coffee experience with a simple process, giving consumers a bean-to-cup experience, in unmatched speed, convenience and freshness.

ARTISAN COFFEE MAKING MEETS INNOVATION – PHILIPS 3200 SERIES LATTEGO

Philips is introducing its latest fully automated coffee machines – the Philips 3200 Series LatteGo.

Freshly ground beans

Grind coffee immediately before brewing for fresher flavor with Philips 3200 Series LatteGo durable ceramic grinders for desired grind size and consistency. Explore the world of freshly ground beans, where you can pick any type of coffee beans that you fancy. To preserve the coffee beans, the aroma seal, which is located on the bean container, ensures that the beans maintain their original state over time.

Customized to taste

The Philips 3200 Series LatteGo fully-automatic espresso machines allow consumers to create up to five delicious coffees, including brewed coffee, latte macchiato, cappuccino, espresso, and americano. Its unique intuitive-touch display enables easy selection of aroma strength and quantity of beverage. A winning feature is also its LatteGo milk system that calibrates the optimum temperature for steam to heat and foam milk, resulting in silky-smooth froth for milk-based coffees – perfect results, easily.

Effortless use and cleaning for everyday enjoyment

The Philips 3200 Series LatteGo also presents two breakthrough, industry-first innovations. The first is its patented low maintenance AquaClean water filter system that ensures no descaling for 5,000 cups*, and provides better taste in a cup, with filtered water.  The second is its two-parts, no tubes external LatteGo milk carafe system that can be easily disassembled and rinsed clean under the tap in as little as 15 seconds. This makes it the fastest to clean milk system ever*. For extra convenience, the LatteGo milk system is also dishwasher safe.

Philips will be celebrating the launch at Chye Seng Huat Hardware (CSHH) by specialty coffee pioneer PPP Coffee (formerly known as Papa Palheta) to introduce the “Philips X CSHH House of Coffee”. Through the month of October, consumers can also add on a cup of coffee with every purchase of mains at just $4 as part of a promotional menu as well as themed workshops at CSHH.

Coffee making is an art, but its science is undeniable. The Philips 3200 LatteGo is a breakthrough innovation that allows you to make fresh coffee easily, letting you enjoy café-style coffees at home.  It also addresses consumer pain points by removing the hassle of cleaning and maintenance – making artisanal coffee more accessible to everyone.

Ms. Lim Shi Li, Barista and Retail Specialist, PPP Coffee - There are a lot of factors that affect the quality of a cup of coffee - from the roast quality, grind size and temperature to how it is being brewed. The more these variables are managed and controlled, the better your cup of coffee will taste. The new Philips 3200 LatteGo manages all these so that you can enjoy fresh coffee in the comfort of your home
