The problem may be caused by the APE files. This players support APE files but not all compression levels.

To resolve this problem, we recommend:

• If your APE file is from somewhere on Internet, try to download it from another place.
• If your APE file is converted from your CD, try to set the compression level to either Fast or Normal in the converting software before file conversion.
