[Employee of philipsglobal] The product is light and easy to use. just follow the instruction in the manual and less than 5 mins can starting using it. Not noisy just soft blowing fan sound when on, there are 5 level to select. Tried on the leg with level 3 with abit heat sensation.

This is my first IPL product and I was worried that I might not know how to use and thus the results will not be effective. However, this product came with very good user manual that has clear instructions to guide me along and the product itself is really simple and intuitive to use! That’s only one button to toggle the different modes and a trigger to press for the light so operation is really easy. Setting 3 is very comfortable on my lower leg and the initial results after the 1st treatment is really promising, so can’t wait for subsequent treatments! This product is cheaper as compared to IPL salons and I can do it anytime I want at home, saves me the hassle from making a trip to IPL salon!

[Employee of philipsglobal] First home IPL product for me. Easy to use with clear instructions. Took me about 10 minutes to treat my legs and underarms. Each pulse of light emits a warm sensation to the skin but not unpleasant and no rashes. It's been almost 2 weeks to my first treatment. Hair growth is slightly slower than usual esp for my underarms. Good product.

[Employee of philipsglobal] Fast delivery, bought on 15 February and product got delivered on 17 February. Very easy to use with the quick instructions and it’s not heavy at all. Comes with a bag for storage. I have used it once only because the instruction says first treatment once every 2 weeks. I have very sensitive skin and I don’t see any bad skin reaction to it. I use it on my legs. I tried the light intensity from 1 to 5 and it doesn’t hurt at all. It has this flash light to indicate your skin tone is safe for use. Try not to look at it while you press it to release the flash. It’s super bright.

Purchased the product through Shopee platform. Delivery was quick and product arrived with no issues - box not dented and item was also packed safely. Figuring out how to use the product is pretty simple as well. My only complaint is that the product came with a QR code for scanning or a link if it did not work but neither were able to be used in SG. but not an issue as the product came with a booklet on how to use and it's simple to search online. I've only done the 24 hour test and am happy that my sensitive skin is not showing any issues. Excited to see results as I start my treatment plan :)
