Air-fryer is great for chips and many other things
The air-fryer works well and gives crisp chips. You need to turn them in the basket at least once and it takes a bit longer than the instructions suggest. However they come out oil-free. With some foods the mesh of the basket becomes hard to clean as the food is baked on. TIP I find that it is best to put the whole pull out part including basket in the sink when hot and empty and squirt some washing up liquid in and leave to soak.
