USB-C Not Up To Par - Philips 276B9 B Line Monitor
Purchased two of these monitors. Nice monitor overall apart from the USB-C, WebCam, Microphone etc. does not work when connected to a USB-3 port on the motherboard of a pc. Windows 10 will not recognise the USB device. Have had to connect the supplied USB cable to a USB-2 port on the motherboard to get things to function. We are not utilising the Windows "Hello" features. This means that the USB hub on the monitor cannot be fully utilised with USB-3 external devices. Not impressed with this situation. Would be great if there is a fix for this, it would get a 5 star rating then.

仕様？初期不良？
在宅勤務用に243B9/11を購入してて快適だった為 会社ように242B9H/11を購入。 在宅では問題無かったノートPCへの給電が出来ず、ACアダプターを指して使用。 サポートへ問い合わせるも反応が悪く、初期不良？の切り分けも出来て無い。 解決したら是非勧めたいモニター それ以外は想定通り便利ですね。
