Instant heating water dispenser

This is a great addition to the kitchen with simple controls and a fresh look and design although pricey it presents a high-quality finish and efficiency which you expect from Phillips

Look great with good features such as lifecycle indicator for filtration. And affordable filter too Of course there are a few problems - slow water flow rate - when you press the stop button to stop water flow - it doesn’t immediately stop the flow but it will overrun before stop the flow

Wish I'd chose something other than this. The storage tank is forever needing topping up. It says 2.2 litre but you can only add one litre at a time because the rest is in the inner tank. It is really slow dispensing water and only trickles out regardless of whether it's just been descaled or not. The descaling is a faff that I could do without and it's telling me to descale only a week after doing so. Moving from hot drink to cold the water is warm. Overall very disappointed.

Water leaking on the first use, we have to separately source and add additional two rings to the bottom to prevent the leaking. It has been working fine until just a month past the 1-year warranty, the fuse is burnt so no more hot water, and the leaking continues. Now unfixable and have to be thrown away unfortunately..

After about 4 months of using the water station I noticed a leak developing between uses and during the night. The leakage has become quite significant, and I have had to place a glass container underneath the station to collect the dripping water, which amounts to approximately 300ml each night. I attempted to contact Philips regarding this matter through Amazon, but it appears that their support is limited to TVs and audio equipment. Subsequently, I reached out to them via Facebook messenger, but I regret to inform that their response was not particularly helpful. As a last resort, I found an email address and sent a message, to which I eventually received a reply. However, the proposed solution was not satisfactory. They requested that I return the water station, but I am unable to do so without a replacement, as I rely on it for my daily water needs. The process outlined by Philips involves collecting the faulty unit, verifying the fault, and then dispatching a replacement device, which could take up to 10 working days. Additionally, I have not received any responses to my messages for the past seven days. I have found Philips' customer service to be lacking in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. I'm really disappointed...

Water leaks from the nozzle and wet everywhere. Product quality is not good as expected.
