First trim after charging it fully and sure seems to have lots of power and cut hair perfectly. Just trimmed the sides & back of my head. So far happy with it.

loving this product. it cuts like butter on good knife. the only con is its not available in major stores in canada that much.

Its very nice. The performance is very good. The only thing is that the lock in length settings is not very comfortable - the comb is too long and you can't reach evenly all places.

I liked the sleek design of the product. Battery life was great. The blades were excellent. However, the issue I had was that, after awhile (1-2 yrs use) I had problems with putting back the base of the blade after cleaning it. I had a hard time snapping back the base of the blade, as it won't snap-in properly.

Bought this in August 2017 and was hoping it would last me long. Previous clipper lasted me 9 years. Phillips broke in under 3 years. Very disappointed.

do NOT buy this poorly design, carpy engineering, I bought it but kept stopping and getting so much hair inside the blades, You need to open the Philips 3000 to clean the inside after each time you click on the power button, totally unreliable, I used it 8-9 times in less than 2 years and totally stopped working- No Warranty- I bought from walmart and Philips asked me to present the receipt, I went to Walmart and they say they don't keep the Receipts more than 1 year... so Philips Warranty is useless and I sent many emails to their customer service but no one replies, I have their product but they want me to keep 10 thousand receipts every year.. .. GO TO anything else..

Hi Philips team, Sept.02/2017. Today, I just tried to cut my son's longer hair and suddenly ran into an unexpected road block because of the DESIGN of the adjustable comb of the HC3410. The hair was prevented from getting to the cutting blade even though the setting was at it's maximum height. I was forced to use my older model rechargeable QC5130 which has an adjustable comb that had no problem whatsoever allowing the hair to get to the cutting blade. Please note that we purchased the Philips family hair clipper HC3410 because my older model is on its last legs. I am very disappointed in this product and will return it at once.
