I had my initial purchase replaced as it was not charging. Philips promptly replaced the unit and the new one is working great.

I have been using Philips hair clippers long time. I never been to another product yet. I like Philips product to use easy and convenient. Also, it is trustworthy product ever use.

Feels solid. Three combs give multiple settings with memory for each comb. Very easy to use and clean. First time user of this type of product and glad I chose this one. Have used Phillips shavers all my shaving life. Quality and reliability. Would recommend to anyone

THESE CLIPPERS ARE JUST GREAT AND PERFORM SO WELL. MY ONLY ISSUE IS THAT ON THE BOX IT CLEARLY STATES 5 YEARS WARRANTY BUT WHEN REGISTERING THE PRODUCT IT IS ONLY 3 YEARS. I HAVE SENT PHOTOS OF BOX AND RECEIPT BUT I SEE ON MY RECORDS THAT I STILL ONLY HAVE 3 YEARS WARRANTY. BUMMER !!!! I'M SURE THEY WILL HONOUR THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY IF THEIR IS EVER AN ISSUE.

Bought today and so far so good. Functional and exciting new technology is embedded in the design of this product bought from Shavershop. I hope there is an option to by replacement comb guides if they are damaged. It would have been nice to have a sleeve or case to store it in like my last clippers and a docking charger would complete the product.

I have been cutting my own hair for years now. I have used many different types of Clippers but I find with these new Philips cut perfectly and very evenly. With my old Clippers I noticed some patchers left from an uneven cut. Now every time i use these new clippers its a perfect cut. Another thing i noticed is when I'm cutting my hair is the Adjustable hair combs catch the hair so hair isn't going all over the floor.

The best trimmer I have ever used. Charges very fast. Battery lasts long. Gives perfect cut.

I purchased this hair trimmer for my own personal use, as I always have my hair cut very short. I found that it sits very well into my hand when trimming my hair, as I do my own hair cuts. A lovely product.

The clippers has three combs heads for use in various situations and settings. The blades are titanium and pretty much will stay sharp for several vears. *Cross Fingers* The length can be set accurately to 0.1mm which in my view is way superior to settings for "No. 2"/ "No.3" etc but if you do want those settings you will have to look up the conversion online.
