ได้น้ำเต้าหู้แต่ยังมีเนื้อถั่วเหลืองปนมากหน่อย
ตะแกรงร่อนไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไร เนื้อถั่วเหลืองสุกลอดผ่านได้มากทำให้น้ำเต้าหู้ข้น หากตะแกรงสามารถกรองกากได้ออกหมดเหลือแต่น้ำถั่วเหลือง 95% ก็น่าจะทำให้ง่ายขึ้นและอร่อยมาก
