i have had this product for 15 years and it still works although performance has slowed down alittle which is obvious .. i am back on this site and gladly found the same model still available. i am going to buy this product again just incase my first one stops working as it seems like it is counting its last breath hehe.. thanks phillip for not ending the line

Almost a year and now use daily on 2 or 3 areas, so each day is basically cleanup 10 Minutes max

I got my epilator a week back and this was my first one. Online reviews encouraged me to try this one and I am glad I did! Let me give you a helpful review for all new users like me who want to try it. 1. PAIN QUOTIENT: Unfortunately there is no unit for pain measurement but let me tell you that if you can take the pain of a waxing tug, YOU CAN EPILATE. Online reviews on pain factor are many time baseless with nothing to capare it to. Let me tell you, its no more than someone pinching you. Only difference is that here you are anticipating the pinch which makes it harder. I suggest try on a tough patch of skin, like your knee maybe, before you venture to your legs. Proceed slow. And then its not diffucult. I use it now for hands, legs and underarms. I dont want to give you an idea that its very easy and painless. It hurts definately. BUT its bearable. And the more you get used to it, the lesser painful it gets. 2. DESIGN and EASE OF USE: Just a brilliant and simple product. No hassle device. Easy pictoral guide (I read just the essential and skipped most of the boring word-to-word directions) 9/10 for user friendliness 3. Value for money: May seem a little steep initially but its a one time investment. And completely worth it when it negates all those parlor visits for waxing. VERDICT: GO FOR IT!

I love this epilator because it's easy to use and very practical to carry when you travel. You can use it wherever and whenever you want, and in a few minutes you are ready to go. Just perfect.

I've used similar products in the past and was somewhat happy with them. But this product works far better than any I've ever used before. I happily recommend this one.

I had previously used one of the original epilators, which finally died. I am so glad it did! This one is much easier to use, gets more hair more quickly, and is less painful. Actually, there is no real pain, just a slight burning sensation.

This is the epilator I have been waiting for!!! It has a superb strength and epilates your body in as much the time that would take a normal shave, with the big difference that the Philips epilator will leave your skin smooth for days! I can now go on long trips without having to worry about shaving. Given that this is not the first epilator I have tried in the market, I was a bit skeptic about the fact that this epilator only has 32 tweezers compared to others that may have 48. Buy boy I was wrong, the Philips epilator tweezers are so powerful and gentle at the same time that it epilates so smoothly without missing any hairs, and the normal redness that comes after epilating, was even lesser compared to other epilators. It almost feels as if you’ve had a wax done, as if you were born with no ugly hairs at all! This epilator is also very ergonomic, very light and easy to handle. It is almost like a minimalist design. It is nicely packed with a white pouch to keep, a cleaning brush, a charging plug and one manual of instructions. It didn’t feel overwhelming as with other packages where you don’t know where to start. I am sticking with this epilator, no more shopping around for me!
