when you use the jug is fine but problem come when you use the small cup. when you are covering, the rubber blend can sometimes went out of alignment as is not tight enough. too thin rubber blend .

i went to courts to search for a simpe n affordable blender just for blending chilli, garlic ginger... n saw this adorable looking blender. Just the right size, not too big, not too small...how i wished it came in pink or purple, but the green looks great on my counter too. Everythings worked well for me..this baby is able to puree onions, garlic, ginger but u have to chop food in smaller pieces first b4 putting it in the blender for it to work well. I wish to purchase an extra jar to make smoothies because i do not wish to use the same jar for smoothies or fruit juice.. i dont want to purchase a seperate blender for that as it will take up space.overall a thumbs up for this beautiful blender!

Preferrable for Indian Kitchen. You can grind all the pulses and make chutney easily. Best.

The Blender motor had problems after about 1 year of purchase - approx March 2018. The base unit was replaced under warranty. However the motor unit again gave away on 21 Jul 2019, 2 years & 5 months after original purchase. Was expecting the product to at least last for 4 years.

Bought the Blender H2104 in May 2015 and in 2 days Sealing ring broke.

I usually make my own coconut butter at home. this blender it stops working after 1 min and a half on blending the shredded coconut. Then I have to wait 5 min for it to cool down, mix for other 1 min, wait for other 5 min. it is frustrating.

Very noisy and chopper doesn't perform well. I don't recommend this product.

The plastic melt beside the blender blade. It is not covered under 2 years warranty. The blender machine cannot be used anymore and useless as the plastic melt
