Luceo design cordless phone

With years of other brands letting me down, everything I buy is now Philips. The look of this phone caught my eye and despite some negative reviews around the web (which I don't understand), this phone is fantastic. It looks so modern and stylish. The handset and menu is clear and easy to use with lots of useful features. I highly recommend this phone!

Very beautiful design! To improve..: The clock should be bigger! The contacts base/hand-tube should be stronger-tighter!! The hearing voice button should have more upper scale volume!!! It's almost "Number 1".. Just improve it, this handset is not cheap... The black rubber buttons became whitish... It went off with a soft detergent....

This is a very poorly designed and executed product. The product failed to work out of the box. We were unable to get a dial tone or working connection to the home telephone service. Despite a good deal of searching online and on various web forums, we were unable to get the product to work. Poor usability and poor customer instructions / guidance. Not suitable for consumer use, in our opinion. Very dissatisfied with this product, which we will now have to pay to return.
