Infrared lamp

Truly fantastic product, it's not one day magic , used it for 1 month now, pain decreased massively highly recommended for neck injuries

The product works well. However unfortunately in the 2nd week after purchase I was carrying it using its top handle and the handle came off from the device and caused the device to fall and suffer damage. The design of the handle is very flimsy and easily gets loose from the main body. High risk to damage the device..

Bad handle design. The front of the unit is glass and just one drop is all it takes to break it. When I just got it, it dropped but luckily back into the box. Philips definitely needs to relook into the design.

The product works as descripted but unfortunately in the 2nd week after purchase it's infrared lamp not working or damage. The QC of the unit is definitely in doubt as it supposed to last about 5 years as stated in the manual.

Used this for a few times initially then kept it aside. After a month or so when I turned it on, the light did not illuminate. Not working anymore. Probably blown bulb but have to go through the hassle of sending it infor repairs.

Handle not secured properly causing the unit dropped on the floor and consequenly damaging the bulb. I communicated with their customer support but they said the bulb is not covered by the warranty. I'm not happy with that and until now my unit is collecting dust because I am not willing to pay for the bulb which in fact caused by the loose handler , a manufacturing defect. The handle not even fastened by screw and they just used clip to attach it from the body. Only used this for less than a half a year (4 to 6 months) and now out of warranty already. I consider this a bad purchase and going to throw it a way soon since it is just collecting dust.

The infra red works quite ok as I can feel the warm. However, it is extremely unreliable with frequent breakdown - mainly the bulb spoilt. I changed 3 times during the warranty period despite not using regularly. After idling for a few days, the bulb spoilt

Extremely disappointing from an established brand like Phillips I used this product in total less than 5 times. Timer works and internal fan is running but but the light does not turn on anymore. Please read all the other review about this product it has consistently the same issue about the bulb not working. For the inconvenience of taking it back to the service centre and back might as well throw it away! Seriously an reliable product to avoid at all costs unless you don’t mind being frustrated and taking in to and from the service centre at your own time and expense!

Before I purchase the product, I read several reviews that the product quality is bad and that it breaks down pretty soon after purchase. I should have listened to those feedback and stayed away from this product. Instead, I was gungho and went ahead to buy it. In less than 6 weeks, this product is kaput and not working. Like most reviewers, I used the product only a few times a week.

Has broken with very little use. I suspect the bulb has blown. I was only used a few times. I can’t recommend something that costs this much that is this unreliable
