Poor connection quality 75% of the time!
I've had major ups and downs with this app and monitor. The idea behind it is fab, if only if was reliable enough to actually work! The connection drops far too frequently despite good WiFi connection. I would not feel comfortable actually going to sleep with my daughter in another room relying on this to stay connected. Luckily I have yet to use it for that purpose. To top it all off, the app the whole system works from has completely collapsed this past week making the monitor useless and unable to be used. Likely I will be returning for a full refund! Unacceptable!

Does not work
Ugrow app does not let you login and that means i can't use the camera as well. Before that there were constant wi-fi losses (wi-fi strenght is excellent) and other operating problems. Philips should recall the smart baby monitor and update the app.
