Gentle Wakeup feature of my Philips clock does not work

The Gentle Wake Up function only works when you select the SD Card as the alarm source.

The alarm sound volume will be the maximum level when the Radio is selected as the Alarm source.

We recommend updating your device so that the radio alarm volume becomes adjustable.
