    Cannot copy or delete files on my Philips photoframe

    File compatibility and storage space are the two most common causes of copy errors on the frame.

    First make sure your photo files are in the proper format. You can verify this information on your PC by going into the “properties” of the file and checking the file format. The PhotoFrame will recognize picture file in JPEG format.

    If you are having problems deleting photos, there are a few things you can do to ensure your photo is deleted from the frame. First, you will need to reset your frame (Please see the reset procedure in the FAQ section). Another option is to unplug your frame for about 30 seconds while the frame is on.

    Finally, as a last resort, if your frame has the option, you can select “delete all” and start from scratch.
