No sound from my Philips radio clock when listening to a radio station

- The sound volume may be too low to hear. Adjust the sound volume to an audible level.
- Batteries may be dead or inserted incorrectly. Insert fresh batteries or check to insert batteries as indicated in the battery compartment door.
- A headphones set is connected with the unit. Disconnect the headphones.
