Headphones may not be connected properly to the set. The headphones/earphones wire is used as the aerial/antenna. Please make sure that the earphones or headphones plug is fully inserted into the unit.
Weak radio signal. The headphones/earphones wire is used as the aerial/antenna. Please keep the headphones/earphones connected to the set and stretch out the wire for optimum reception.
