When will my order be delivered?
For all orders above SGD200 and if your shipping method is home delivery, we will deliver within 3-5 business days  If you order multiple products, your products may be shipped separately.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Currently we don’t have an option for customers to track their order delivery status.

I have received only part of my order
If your order contains multiple products or accessories, it may be delivered in multiple shipments. A SMS will be sent to you to notify you on your  delivery schedule.  For any further inquiries on your order, please contact Philips comsumer care at +65 6882 3999.

What are the available shipping options?
You can select the shipment option you prefer during the checkout process. You can choose to have your order delivered or opt for a self-collection.

Do you deliver anywhere?
We only deliver within Singapore It is, unfortunately,  not possible to deliver outside of Singapore

What are the shipping costs?

Orders of SGD200 or more qualify for free shipping.

 

If your order is less than SGD200, the shipping cost will be SGD20
