    What is the Philips battery memory affect?

    When rechargeables batteries are charged before they are completely empty, recharging is only partial. As a result this lower capacity becomes the new maximum capacity. The Philips rechargeable nickel metal hydride batteries (Ni-MH) do not suffer from this so-called 'memory effect' scenario.
