    There is no coffee brewed in the jug of my Philips Drip Coffee Machine

    The filter holder is not placed properly before brewing

    To make sure the filter holder is placed correctly, please follow the steps accompanied with the images and video below.

    1. Place the filter holder at the correct position. The notch of the filter holder must face the hinge of the lid (see the image below). The handle of the filter holder is vertically up.
    2. Push the filter holder gently downward and then move the handle downward.
    3. The filter holder is locked and the drip stop is placed on the jug lid as shown in the image below.
