Bought this product at very good price.. the lowest among its range in the market. Had been using it for more than 6 months.. The picture quality is good and reasonably easy to navigate. Only setback is the sound quality, but then i connect it to my hifi system., and it boost up the audio quality. The navigation through the internet is cumbersome, but then what else can you ask for since the price is superb. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

Before I bought, there was the 1st review already on this model so I had managed my expectation. Also there was another review on similar model (less star as well). I have been Philips TVs owner for a long time and I don't like Korean brands. I am fine with Japanese brands. My humble opinions: - No issue with the sound. - Booting may take a few seconds (similar to phone). If you are not in a hurry, then no issue. - Yes, cannot exclude unwanted digital channel from the ch list. This is quite silly actually. - Internet, depending on what you need. I am fine with youtube even though the youtube is a simplified version. - App store is pretty limited. People said we can install apk from thumb-drive, but I haven't explored. - Picture quality is good. - Navigation is ok, perhaps you need mouse and keyboard as additional devices if you are a heavy duty internet user on TV. The TV price is very reasonable (considering the features) and it may last longer (hopefully) than mobilephone which we change almost every 2 years.

Updated to latest firmware, TV connection with WIFI, Apps application are much smoother and load faster. Been using Philips TV for decades, and they are good. Bedroom 49PUT7032 Living Room 55PUT6800

it sell as smart tv but in reality it is not. The tv start up time is very long, the smart menu does not make sense at all because all the apps that available is so dated that it brings me back to the day where smart phone just announce to the world. I tried to use mirrorcast but it does not support my phone model and I did want to update the firmware just too bad nothing can be done so at the end it turn out to be just a normal TV that is no smart features at all.

Within half a year, the panel was damaged, got sound no display, wait for more than 2 mths for screen panel replacement, then 1.5 years later (under condition of seldom on the tv, most of the time the tv is resting never turn on), panel again no display. Totally give up. And this time we smell the burning smell which we discovered the left bottom looks like melting by itself, terrible n scary.

Purchased the unit on last week of August but by mid December, the unit suddenly turned off and has not worked since. I lost my receipt so the warranty can't be used. Total waste of money:(

I heard some negative reviews about Philips TV, but decided to give it a try since salesperson recommended it. I thought it would be a problem. However, to my dismay, the product is faulty on the first day. The joystick behind the TV to navigate the TV is spoilt beyond repair. We need to call back the shop the next day.. totally disappointed. Won’t be getting another Philips TV products in the future as it cemented my belief that the TVs are defective.

This TV does not support Toggle and the navigation is poor. It is not user friendly at all.

Super Lousy Sound, Poor Apps, Slow Startup, No Casting and Poor overall handling. - Cannot even set digital channels to specific numbering ordering that you prefer. - Nothing of any use in Philips app store and was told it had a full app store plus No guide whatsoever so waste a few hours and you can really confirm there really is Nothing in the store. - Switching or Changing settings is a pain
