Shaver series 9000Wet and dry electric shaver

Still the choice that i go to for shaver. This model gives a very clean shave and the battery lasts like forever with 1 charge

This is my 2nd purchase for this model as I had an earlier generation of the same model. The new gen is much improved shaver and function as per my expectation. It has longer battery or shaving time per charge. The shaver seemed to give me a cleaner shave than before. It is also much quieter as well. Well done to the Philips for improving this product.

Best shaver ever. Been using Philips Shaver my whole life. Smooth shave without the nicks and cuts.

Happy with the user experience so far. Easy to wash after each use. Only been using less than a month, but battery seem to be holding up well. Functional pouch for travel too.

I have tried a number of Philips shaver from $100+ to $300+ models. This is by far the best model I tired. Gives a close shave and is quiet.

Cheap, simple to use and very simple to clean it, practical to take it in a small bag. Long lasting battery for two weeks in holidays!

Having come from a few other Philips and Braun Shaver. This is among the closest shave and does not create any skin irritation. Charging is fast too. Pros : Fast charging Easy to clean Battery lasts very long Cons Hair around the neck area does not seem to be able to get shaved well.

I have very sensitive skin and always have rashes and skin will turned red after shave. So far, using this shaver has been very pleasant experience. Also, this shaver provide a very close shave experience which I really like as well.

I had used an electric shaver previously (only dry and not wet) and within a few months gave it up to get back to conventional razors. After more than a decade, I wanted to give it a try for a wet and dry electric shaver. I travel frequently almost every week, if not every fortnight and needed something handy - 1 shaver instead of a razor, cartridges, cream and after-shave lotions. The Good: I used the Philips Series 9000 shaver for 3 weeks and found it extremely good in close shaves without any burns. ⁃ While shaving dry you may need to press it a bit harder for a close shave, while with a shaving cream the wet shave is close yet irritation free. ⁃ The charge holds good for a week to 10 days and the coloured lighting clearly indicates the amount of charge left in 3 led light bars. ⁃ Since I sport a french beard the additional trimmer is quite handy for precision shaving. What can be improved? ⁃ The instruction manual. This is quite long, has all the pictures in one page and sections keep referring to the pictures in the front. ⁃ It was a bit hard to figure out the cleaning instructions. ⁃ The fresh-scent gel once opened, doesn't have a proper cover and I have stored it precariously still. Would recommend a spill-proof cover. ⁃ It may be a better value if the Series 9000 comes with attachments for nose-trimmer and beard-trimmer. For someone with french-beard, needing a close shave and travel for 5-12 days at a stretch, the attachments means all shaving & trimming accessories in one pack!
