These headphones are great value, I was impressed with the sound quality across all music genres and great noise cancellation. They are comfortable to wear and not too heavy,not too bulky, a sleek design with a premium feel. The touch control features are simple to use. I like the charging feature, it's swift and efficient. 15 minutes gives upto 6 hours battery life so perfect for travelling,plus handy case for when not in use.

I have been fortunate to be able to test the Philips headphones for music listening and taking calls for work and generally blocking out background sound when working in the house with my kids in the background. Upon opening the box, the carrier case which the headphones are stored is very sleek and easy to hold and feels solid enough to protect them if the case was dropped. Charging the headphones the first time was straight forward, the USB cable used to charge is short in length so no trip hazards, and due to it being a USB I could use any typical phone charger plug to begin charging. Charging was quick and must have taken no more than 30 minutes before being ready to use. The headphones are not covered in various buttons to control the functions; there's one pin/button used to switch to power the headset on/off, change tracks and a then the outside of the right headphone is touch sensitive for the volume, this gives the headphones a very simplistic look and easy to use when on the go, they are very comfortable on the head and ears and while running I never had any issues with them moving around loosely or falling off, whilst running I found that the headphones were ideal for music listening and I didn't need to use any of the noise cancelling functions or ambience settings, when working from home I used the headset for music looking when around the kids, here is where the additional settings come in useful, selecting abience sound alowed me to hear the children around me and react to naything they asked me whilst still playing music at a low level through the headphones, if I found concentration on work was needed switching noise cancelling by a simply tap on the outside of the right headphone would amplify the music and blocked out all background noise around me. Due to pairing them with my mobile, I also received various calls through the headphones and found the quality to be superb. The headphones are now my primary device for I go running and work within areas of loud background noise.

I found these headphones to be great sounding, with a sleek design that make them look and feel like a premium headphone. The packaging is great and the headphones come with a smart compact case. The headphones have a long battery life (up to 30 hours on one full charge), to allow for long listening times, so are great for playing music and watching movies for extended periods; great for travelling. As they may be used for long periods, comfort is important. When testing these headphones, I found them to be very comfortable on both the head and the ears. They have padded ear cups and the headband has padding on the underside as well. The touch controls take a little getting used to (swiping up and down for the volume, tapping to cycle through the noise cancelling modes and pressing to turn on/off, play/pause etc), but are easy to use once you are familiar with them.

These headphones are absolutely fab and are my new best friend! Previously, I have only used ear bud style ones but I have to say, I am now a convert! They are very easy to set-up to use, it takes literally only moments by following the quick start-up guide that is included. They are comfortable to wear on both my head and ears. Whilst testing these, I was impressed with the sound quality and noise cancellation, I soon found myself lost in the music and dancing around the room like a mad woman! The battery life is incredible. From fully charged, I got around 30 hours of listening time, which is far better than I even thought was possible. What's even better is that if I stick them on charge for 5 minutes, I quite easily get another 2 hours listening time. Well done Philip's, these are ace!

I have owned this pair of headphones, and from when I opened them, I have been impressed. The feel and texture of both the headphones and case are premium, as well as being comfortable whilst being worn. As instructed, I charged for 2 hours, and still have power left after a week of daily usage. Whilst testing these headphones, I have typically worn them whilst walking, and commuting on Public Transport. I have to say the noise cancellation is better then any other pair of headphones I have owned. Recommended, good value for money.

While I was testing this product I was really impressed with the voice control works really well and picked up my voice straight away without having to ask again. The sound quality was great but slightly distorted with a deep bass hip hop song but still very impressive. I feel really comfortable on the head and the noise cancelling is excellent. The ambient sound was good but a little bit quiet when switched on. The Touch control was good and I particularly like the volume up and down by sliding your finger. Overall our give this products and I'm out of 10 the only negative would be they made my ears too hot when covered by the large headphone cups. I've not needed to charge these in over a week the battery is a definite plus 10 out of 10

I was looking for some good value noise cancelling headphones which also folded away to use for my commute to work. As a frequent travel battery life was also important. After some research I opted for these Philip's PH805. They are fantastic. The noise cancellation is amazing, as is the sound quality. As is the battery life, they never seem to go flat. I think 1 full charge lasts up to 30 hours. Also if they do run out a quick 5/10 minute charge and you are back in action for a few hours. I've worn them for hours at a time and they are super comfortable. I've even started using them in the gym instead of my earphones. The touch control is also real easy to use, again especially in the gym on the exercise bike and switching modes with 1 finger means you can switch from noise reduction to ambient sound when someone is trying to talk to you without removing the headphones. Finally they fold away and even come with a storage case. A great buy. Would recommend to anyone.

I got these headphone and I’m so excited to test them them! What a treat for your ears. OMG they have the most clear sound quality, with great noise cancellation. It took me a while to get used to the controls but they do feel comfortable on the head, I am a smallish person & overhead headphones often don’t fit me but thankfully these do fit me on the very smallest size. The charge seem to last for ages. Very impressed with that. They look great very sleek. I love, love the little black box that comes with it. The only thing I don’t get along with is the touch controls. My husband got it straight away so he gave me a lesson They sound amazing, I’ve listened to music and an audiobook and it’s super crisp. I’m gonna be using them for my job. I call people up and I had training yesterday so I am using for calls. They were spot on. I could be heard easily and they were Comfortable on my head/ears.

These headphones are great! I have had a really enjoyable experience testing them over the past week. I am extremely pleased with the sound quality which is so important to me when it comes to headphones. The battery life is superb! Lasts such a long time, I have only had to charge them once! And not to mention they do not take a long time to charge at all either. I also really like the design of them, they are simple and sleek which is perfect for me. They utilise a touch control system which is very clever. I must say, at first I found this a tad tricky as sometimes I would accidentally press the headphone which would trigger an unwanted action. However, as I have gotten used to using them I have no issue and really enjoy the convenience! It is so nice being able to effectively change settings/etc without having to touch my phone/device. Overall love these headphones and would recommend!
