    The blade of my Philips chopper is blocked

    Your Philips chopper may stop when too many ingredients are being processed at once. Below you will find information on how to resolve this.

    Remove ingredients

    • Remove the motor unit and the lid from the bowl
    • Use a spatula to dislodge the ingredients that are blocking the blade unit
    • You may have used ingredients which are not suitable for this appliance

    For maximum quantities and ingredients, please refer to the below:

    Almonds and nuts: Chop 100-200 g for 10-20 seconds.

    Cheese: Chop 100-150 g for 10-20 seconds.

    Meat: Chop 100-150 g for 10 seconds.

    Onions: Chop 150-200 g five to ten times.

    Parsley: Chop 40-50 g for 10 seconds.
