    Why is the quality of outflow water poor?

    There may be multiple reasons for the issue. The followings are all possible causes and solutions. Please check if there is any reason to apply to your water purifier.

    Possible causes and solutions:

    * Failure of filter cartridge. Please replace the filter cartridge.

    * The water purifier has been out of service for more than three days. Please drain water for 2-4 minutes.

    * The inflow water quality is poor. Please make sure that the water source is municipal tap water.
