    Possible causes and solutions:

    * The filter cartridge is clogged. Please replace the filter cartridge or contact the after-sales service personnel.

    * The water pressure is too low or the water supply is insufficient. Please contact the after-sales service personnel for on-site maintenance.

    * The cold water valve, three-way ball valve or faucet is not fully open. Please fully open each valve.
