    Why is there no water flowing out of the gooseneck faucet when the gooseneck faucet is opened?

    There may be multiple reasons for the issue. The followings are all possible causes and solutions. Please check if there is any reason to apply to your water purifier.

    Possible causes and solutions:

    * The cold water valve or three-way ball valve is not open. Please open each valve.

    * The filter life is expired. Please replace the filter or contact the after-sales service personnel.

    * The pipeline connection is wrong. Please check the pipeline to ensure that the pipeline is connected correctly.
