Can I replace the battery of my Philips AquaTrio Cordless Vacuum Cleaner?

You cannot replace the battery of your Philips AquaTrio 7000 Series Vacuum Cleaner. Your appliance contains a rechargeable battery, which may only be replaced by a qualified service engineer.

When you can no longer recharge your battery or when it runs out of power quickly you can take the appliance to an authorized Philips service center or contact us for replacement.  

Note: The 2 years warranty offered with your Philips AquaTrio 7000 Series Vacuum Cleaner also includes the batteries.

If you want to replace the battery of your Philips AquaTrio 9000 Series Vacuum Cleaner, you can easily do so. 

Please follow the steps below:  

1. Turn off the appliance.
2. Detach the 3-in-1 handheld (where the battery is located) from the dry or wet module.
3. Click in the battery

If the rechargeable battery has reached the end of its life, you need a new battery. There's no need to contact us. The Lithium-Ion battery pack (XV1797) is available in our online shop.

Note: The appliance XW9385 comes with an additional battery.

Please note that the two years warranty offered with your Philips appliance also includes the batteries.
