Prevent odors and scale buildup by cleaning the pad and water tanks. Follow these steps and watch the video below:

    1. Clean the Pad

    • Remove the Pad: Step on both sides of the pad and lift the appliance (image A1).
    • Machine Wash (Recommended): Wash at up to 40°C in a half-filled washing machine (image A2). Manual Wash: Rinse the pad under the tap without wringing it. Machine wash after every two manual washes.
    • Dry the Pad: Let it dry naturally with the fabric side facing up (image A3). Do Not tumble dry.

    2. Clean the Water Tanks

    • Remove the Tanks: Take both tanks out and remove the lids (image A4).
    • Empty & Rinse: Pour out water and rinse the tanks and lids with tap water (up to 50°C) (images A5-A6). Warning: Do not use detergent to avoid foaming and damage.
    • Dry Completely: Let the tanks and lids air dry before placing them back (image A7).

    3. Reassemble the Appliance

    • Reattach the Pad: Place the pad on the floor and firmly press the nozzle onto the plastic connectors (image A8).
