- The video files might be in a format that is not supported by the player. Only SigmaTel Motion Video (.smv) files are supported. You can use Philips Video Converter to convert your files to the right format and transfer them to your player. Philips Video Converter can be installed from the supplied CD.
- The player can support up to 1000 files and folders. Additional files will not appear.
