    One speaker of my Philips speaker set does not work

    Cause: We have detected that the Multi-pins connector in the sub-woofer has some tolerance. This means that in some occasions, there is no contact or that the connector is shifted and makes no contact. This could result in difficult connection or even damaging the connector and the speaker set.

    Solution: Eject the connector, verify the pins and re-insert the connector careful in the sub-woofer.
