    Breakfast soufflé

    It's amazing how simple and delicious dishes in the Airfryer can be. Take this breakfast soufflé with a little kick. A change from the same old boiled egg!

    Servings 2 persons,

    Ingredients

    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tablespoons (light) cream
    • Red chili pepper
    • Parsley

    Directions

    • Finely chop the parsley and chili. Put the eggs in a bowl and stir in the cream, parsley and pepper.
    • Fill the dishes up to halfway with the egg mixture. Bake the soufflés at 200 degrees for 8 minutes. If you want to serve the soufflés baveux (soft), then 5 minutes cooking is enough.
