    When do I need to replace my shaving foil?

    For maximum shaving performance, we advise you to replace the shaving foil of your Philips Body groomer every year. If the shaving foil is worn or damaged, do not use the product, but replace the shaving foil immediately.

    Depending on how satisfied you are with the shaving performance, you may want to replace your foil sooner or later than indicated.

    Good to know:

    • Replace the foil immediately if it’s damaged.
    • Don’t tap the foil on hard surfaces like sinks.
    • Clean the foil after every use to maximize its lifetime and ensure optimal shaving performance.
    • Always store the groomer with a cap or comb attached to protect the foil.
    • The foil may wear faster if you have thick, coarse, or long hair compared to soft or short hair.

    If the foil wears out much sooner than expected despite proper care, contact Philips support for assistance.
