Philips OneUp 5000 Series Indicator Lights meanings and solutions
Wetness setting indicators
Use the wetness setting button to choose between two settings (see image below):
- Wetness setting 1: One indicator lights up for your normal daily cleaning. Your OneUp will always start at this setting when turning on the appliance.
- Wetness setting 2: Two indicators light up for a wetter cleaning to remove stains on the floor.
Left Battery Indicator Flashing Amber (Slow - 1 sec on/off)
- Cause: Battery is low.
- Solution: Charge the appliance.
Left Battery Indicator Flashing Amber (Fast - 0.5 sec on/off)
- Cause: Battery is empty.
- Solution: Charge the appliance immediately.
All Three Indicators Flashing White
- Cause: Appliance malfunction.
- Solutions:
- Turn the appliance off and on again.
- Plug it into the charger for 1 minute to reset.

Left Battery Indicator Flashing White
- Cause: Appliance is used or stored below functioning temperatures (below 5°C).
- Solution: Move it to a warmer room (above 5°C).
Two Left Indicators Flashing White
- Cause: Appliance is used or stored above functioning temperatures (above 35°C).
- Solution: Move it to a cooler room (below 35°C).
Note: Do not store, charge, or use the appliance at a temperature below 5 °C or above 35 °C.

Philips OneUp 3000 Series Indicator Lights meanings and solutions
The battery indicator is flashing white slowly (image 1)
- Cause: The appliance is charging.
The battery indicator is flashing White, fast for three seconds, then Slow (image 1)
- Cause: On/off button pressed while charging.
- Solution: Unplug the cable to use the appliance.
The battery indicator light is on white (image 2)
- Cause: The appliance is fully charged.
The battery indicator is flashing White (image 1)
- Cause: Battery is low (less than 30 minutes of use left).
- Solution: Charge the appliance.
The battery indicator is flashing White fast (image 1)
- Cause: Battery is critically low (less than 10 minutes left).
- Solution: Charge the appliance.
The battery indicator is flashing Amber for three seconds when switching on (image 3)
- Cause: Battery is almost empty.
- Solution: Charge the appliance.
The battery indicator is flashing Amber
- Cause: Appliance is used/stored outside of functioning temperature range (below 5°C or above 35°C).
- Solution: Store, charge, and use only within the recommended temperature range.
The battery indicator is flashing Red fast (image 4)
- Cause: Appliance malfunction.
- Solution: Please contact us for further assistance or visit a Philips service center.
