If the charging light of the appliance does not go on, check with your appliance if:
- You have inserted the adaptor into the wall socked properly
- The handheld vacuum cleaner is placed well in the stick unit of your Philips DailyDuo Vacuum
- You have placed the appliance onto the charging base properly
- The contact points on the stick unit and/or on the handheld vacuum cleaner may be dirty or may not make proper contact
Wipe the contact points of your Philips DailyDuo Vacuum clean with a dry cloth and then place the handheld vacuum cleaner in the stick unit.
When you place the handheld vacuum cleaner in the stick unit of the appliance, move it slightly to the left and right a few times until you hear a click.
