    My Philips Espresso Machine displays "Empty ground container" while it is empty

    If your Philips Espresso Machine indicates to empty the ground container when it is already empty, the coffee grounds counter needs to reset. Read below to find out how to reset it.

    Wait a bit before placing back the coffee grounds container

    Give approximately 5 seconds to the machine before placing back the coffee grounds container. This way the coffee grounds counter will reset to zero.

    Make sure the machine is turned ON

    Turn ON your Philips Espresso machine first, and then empty the coffee grounds container. This will allow the machine to reset the coffee grounds counter.
