If your food is overcooked and leftovers are stuck to the heating plate, the temperature sensor cannot measure the temperature correctly and the kettle displays the error.
Clean the kettle thoroughly each time after use. Use water and cleaning detergent together with a soft cloth for best results.

Below are the possible reasons for the “Er02” error code:

If you add water into the kettle when it is running, the temperature in the kettle suddenly changes. This sudden change causes an error in the temperature sensor and the kettle displays the error.
Ensure that additional water is not added suddenly.
